My Urban Jungles Web Services Ltd. is a technical communications company based in Vancouver, Canada. We help our clients prepare top-quality print and online publications to support their products and services. Our services include manual writing, editing, production, electronic publishing, consulting, and custom Web programming.

Our Staff

Terri Steffensen serves as project manager as well as technical writer and copy editor. Terri holds a Master of Arts (MA) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. She plans publications, interviews subject matter experts, prepares drafts, and coordinates technical reviews and testing. Working with a variety of word processing desktop publishing, and Web authoring tools, she designs page and screen layouts, determines the most appropriate methods of presenting information, and edits and produces finished publications.

Pierre Frisch is our Web Application Developer who works closely with clients to solve their specific Web Application challenges. Build-in electronic commerce, and Websites relying on large database systems are two of his many areas of expertice. He's also worked extensively on custom software creation for individual businesses and port of scientific applications for the Macintosh Platform. Pierre holds an engineering degree, and is bilingual (French).

François Frisch is our Web Designer and graphics expert. Bringing his knowlege of QuickTime and WebObjects programming, François has since broadened his graphic skills and has become a leader in graphic design and 3D modeling. He is an expert user of a wide range of software products including the Adobe Suite, Flash, and KeyNote. He produces Websites in French and English. François holds an engineering degree from Southampton, Great Britain.
